My mind is creative when I’m asleep?

SO… Yesterday, I wake up… it’s lunch time. I’m hungry, my mum makes lunch. Great!

I sit down at the table and right as I’m digging my fork into some salad, she says “Your dad gets here on Tuesday”. I instantly lost my appetite and left the table.

Yeah, you all probably know how much I hate my dad. So I spent the rest of the day doing… pretty much nothing. So then I decide to go to bed and I had the weirdest dream. It went something like…

Me and my dad got into some argument. I can’t even remember what it even was, but there was yelling and whatnot, and my mum comes in and she’s yelling at him, and everything. So somehow we get him into this bathroom thing we’ve got outside of the house, and I’m so angry, I start nailing the door shut. So my mum sees this and she seems to be lost in her anger, so she takes it as a good idea. She starts getting lots of the wood we had stored in the shed and hammering it onto the door. As this is happening, my dad is squealing inside, trying to get the nails out, presumably banging his hands against the rusty nails from the inside, as he pleads for his life. Then, my mum gets a bag of cement, she says “Read the mixing instruction on the back” as she goes inside to get something to mix it with.

There’s blood coming out from underneath the door, there’s shouting, and crying. It sounds sort of like a saw movie. But while ALL of this was happening. There’s this AMAZING song playing in the background (I don’t even know how or why). A song I had never heard before. The song finishes [We haven't even put the cement in! :( ] and I wake up.

It’s now 5:42am, and I can’t figure out how the song went. The lyrics are gone, I can’t even remember any of them at all. But a little bit of the guitar still remains in my mind, waiting perhaps, to be written out into what might be 1/10th of the song that was in my dream.
